Unlawful Detainer Exhibit Upload

By using this application, you understand and agree to the following:

  1. The use of this application is solely for the submission of trial exhibits to the court in an unlawful detainer case. You may not submit filings such as a Proof of Service, Request for Continuance of Trial, Request for Dismissal, Change of Address, Interpreter Request/Cancellation Form, etc. or any other submission via this application. Any submission other than trial exhibits will not be processed.
  2. The use of this application is optional. You may instead submit your trial exhibits via U.S. mail addressed to the court location to which your case is assigned or via personal delivery to that location. You may also bring your trial exhibits with you to court, if you are appearing at the hearing in-person.
  3. A pending trial date must already be scheduled in your unlawful detainer case in order to submit trial exhibits via this application. Trial exhibits submitted in a case that does not have a trial date already scheduled will not be accepted.
  4. All trial exhibits submitted via this application must be submitted to the court at least two (2) court days before your scheduled hearing date. Trial exhibits submitted less than two (2) court days before the hearing may result in the court not considering the evidence at the hearing.
  5. Trial exhibits submitted to the court via this application must also be shared with all parties named in the case at least two (2) court days before the scheduled trial date. Failure to timely exchange evidence may result in the court not considering that evidence.
  6. Exhibits must be numbered consecutively (i.e. Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2.). Exhibits with multiple pages must have page numbers affixed on the front of each page (i.e. Page 1, 2, 3).
  7. The use of this application does not alter, extend, or relieve any party or person from any obligations otherwise associated with your unlawful detainer case, including, but not limited to, the timely filing and service of documents and timely submission and exchange of exhibits/evidence in your case.
  8. The information submitted via this application does not constitute an official record of the court. The disposition of electronic evidence submitted via this application will be pursuant to statute, rule of court, party stipulation, or court order.
  9. The court reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any services provided on this web site and any conditions of use with or without notice.
